How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are fulfilled by Amazon, so delivery follows Amazon's standard timelines. Prime members typically receive their order within 2 days; standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days within the U.S.
What is your return and refund policy?
Simple: if you're not delighted, you get your money back. Email us at support@lightstuffproducts.com and we'll either fix the problem or issue a full refund — your choice. You can also use Amazon's standard return process, so you're covered both ways.
Are your body fat calipers accurate?
