Using Body Stats

A practical guide to the five main areas of the app.

Dashboard

See your latest measurements and a quick view of recent activity. Values come from the measurements saved on this device.

Log

Select a date, open the measurements you took, and save their values. You may log only the fields that changed. Use Notes when you want to remember useful context.

Progress

Choose a metric and view daily, weekly, monthly, or custom date ranges. The Previous and Latest cards use your two most recent actual readings for that metric; Change is the difference between them.

Goals

Set a target for any active measurement and optionally add a target date. The app shows whether your movement is getting closer to the target—even when progress means decreasing a value.

Settings

Change units, theme, visible metrics, custom labels and reminder preferences. Hiding or renaming a metric does not delete its saved measurements.

Custom measurements

Use custom labels for body areas or measurements not already listed. The app keeps the label history so earlier records retain the name that applied when you logged them.

Body-fat calculations

You may enter body-fat percentage directly or use an available built-in calculation. These are estimates and are not a substitute for professional medical assessment.
